Can I find a price list of your services?

Because each item is custom made to your exact specifications, costs of labor and materials can vary.  Contact us for a quote!

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. boxes?

Due to the size of our pieces, we’re unable to ship overseas, or to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser, but we will happily assist with finding the best option for you based off your location.

Do you have customer service?

Of course! We typically respond to Facebook messages within 15 minutes between 8am and 5pm Mountain Time, seven days a week. Our contact information is available on the “Contact Us” page.

How long does it take to build my item?

From start to finish, most items are completed within three days. Some larger, and more detailed items can take longer to complete. Because all of the orders we take are custom, we typically book orders 8-12 weeks in advance.

I found this on Pinterest? Can you build it for me?

Yes! We have yet to encounter something we can’t build. If you have a picture of what you’d like, but prefer a different color, size, finish, etc, we can do that as well. Contact us for a quote!

Do you require a deposit to book the order?

We ask for half down at the time the order is placed. This covers the cost of materials for your order, and secures your spot on the schedule.

Do you have expedited options available?

In some cases, we can expedite orders for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
